球磨技术在淀粉改性中的研究和应用日益广泛。综述了球磨处理对淀粉特性的影响以及影响球磨效果的因素,对其未来的研究方向和应用前景也作了一定的展望,以供参考。
The ball-milling micronizing treatment technology on starch modification was investigated and applied widely. The effects of ball milling treatment on the physicochemical properties of starch and factors having effects on bail milling of starch was summarized, and the direction of research and prospect was put forward so as to provide the reference.
