摘要
针对近年来B2F烟叶工商交接等级质量不高的问题,采取人工解把分选的方式进行改善,在分选过程中严格落实"三级质量把关"管理控制模式,事实证明效果显著,分选后霉烟、一类杂物含量为0,二、三类杂物含量得到了有效控制,B2F烟叶等级质量和工业可用性得到了明显提高。
In recent years,the quality of tobacco leaf in B2F grade of industry and commerce company connection were not high. Artificial bundle loosening methods were taken in the process of sorting to improve the quality ,and ＇three level quality control＇ management control mode was strictly implemented. Results showed that the quality was proved remarkably ,there was no mold tobacco leaf and Class One impurity content ,and Class Two to Three impurity contents were effectively controlled. B2F tobacco grade quality and usability were improved obviously.
