糖类肿瘤相关抗原检测对多发性骨髓瘤诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨糖类肿瘤相关抗原对多发性骨髓瘤诊断价值。方法 选择72例多发性骨髓瘤患者作为观察组,同时选择69例同期体检的健康人群作为对照组,对所有入选者均采用化学发光法进行检测糖类肿瘤相关抗原。结果 观察组CA125、CA199、CA724水平均明显高于对照组(t=9.632、10.247、8.521,均P<0.05);CA125诊断多发性骨髓瘤的敏感性为59.7%,CA199为51.4%,CA724为70.8%,均显著低于三种标记物联合对多发性骨髓瘤诊断的敏感性为88.9%(64/72)(χ2=6.635、6.635、7.879,均P<0.05)。结论 糖类肿瘤相关抗原对于诊断多发性骨髓瘤具有重要的临床价值。
