摘要
数字出版对编辑出版人员的素质能力提出了更高要求。我国数字出版人才队伍存在总量短缺、素质能力参差不齐等问题。加快数字出版人才队伍建设,重点应该优化专业和课程结构,采取工学结合、产学研结合的模式,加大师资队伍建设力度,加强在职培训。
Digital publishing puts forward more requirement tor publishing start. Thaere exast many proo-lems in the digital publishing staff, such as total shortage of talents, uneven quality and ability of staff, etc.. For accelerating the digital publishing staff construction, it is needed to optimize the major and curriculum, take the measures of "combining the work with learning" and "combining the practice with learning and study", pro-mote the teaching staff construction, strengthen on-the-job training.
