减少外源性感染预防眼科术后感染

Reducing exogenous infection for the prevention of postoperative infections in ophthalmic surgery

目的:探讨眼科有关的预防感染方法,强化眼科消毒隔离措施。方法:对眼科外源性感染的相关因素进行分析,总结归纳出一套行之有效的预防办法,达到预防效果。结果:严格执行眼科的各项消毒隔离措施,加强管理,2007-2011年医院眼科住院患者眼部医院感染发生率为0。结论:选用适合眼科特点的预防方法,减少外源性感染是预防与控制眼科医院感染的重要环节,可有效防止医院感染的发生。

Objective： This paper is aimed at discussing the prevention methods of ophthalmic-related infection inorder to strengthen the measurement of disinfection and isolation.Methods： We anaylsis the related factors of exogenous infection in ophthalmology,to summarize a set of effective methods to achieve the prevention effect.Results： The rate of hospital infection in ophthalmology was zero between 2007 and 2011 because of the strict disinfection and isolation measures.Conclusions： There are two key points of preventing and controling hospital infection ： reduce exorgenous infection and choose measurement that suitable for ophthalmology hospitalized patients.
