速泌通乳贴对剖宫产产妇产后泌乳的影响

Application of the plaster of sumitongru in postpartum hypogalactia of caesarean section

目的探讨速泌通乳贴对剖宫产产妇产后泌乳的影响，为临床产后缺乳提供有效方法。方法将104例足月剖宫产产妇随机分为速泌通乳贴组（34例）、按摩组（36例）和生乳灵组（34例）3组，按摩组和生乳灵组作为对照组，速泌通乳贴组作为观察组，观察速泌通乳贴对剖宫产产妇泌乳量、泌乳始动时间及血清泌乳素（PRL）3个指标的影响。结果泌乳量：产后第2，3，7天观察组与各对照组分别比较均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），对照组之间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；泌乳始动时间：观察组为产后（18．62±2．49）d，按摩组为（21．11±2．04）d，生乳灵组为（21．88±I．82）d，3组比较差异有统计学意义（F=4．29]，P〈0．05），对照组之间比较差异无统计学意义（t=1．663，P〉0．05）；血清泌乳素水平：观察组与各对照组之间治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），对照组之间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论速泌通乳贴能增加产妇泌乳量，提前泌乳始动时间，延缓血清PRL下降速度，使产妇于产后较长时间内保持充足的泌乳量。

Objective To study the effect of the plaster of sumitongru on postpartum lactation of caesarean section, so as to provide effective method for clinical postpartum hypogalactia. Methods Totals of 104 cases of caesarean sections were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 34） that applied the plaster of Sumitongru, and control group ,which included acupoint massage group （n = 36） and lactogen group （n = 34）. Then , the lactation quantity, colostrum time and prolactin of two groups were observed. Results he milk amount on 2th, 3th, 7th day of treatment group was superior to control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and no significant difference was found between acupoint massage group and lactogen group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Colostrum time was （ 18.62 ± 2.49 ） d in treatment group, （21.11 ±2.04） d in acupoint massage group, and （21.88 ± 1.82 ） d in lactogen group, with significant difference found in three groups （ F = 4. 291, P 〈 0. 05 ）, but no significant difference found between acupoint massage group and lactogen group （ t = 1. 663, P 〉 0. 05 ）. PRL level in serum of treatment group was superior than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and no significant difference between aeupoint massage group and laetogen group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The application of plaster of Sumitongru in postpartum lactation of caesarean section could increase the lactation quantity, advance the initial time of lactation and delay the decreasing of the levels of prolactin, to maintain adequate lactation amount for postpartum.
