戊巴比妥钠麻醉家兔的浓度探讨

Investigating anesthetic concentration of pentobarbital sodium in rabbits

目的:探讨戊巴比妥钠静脉注射全身麻醉家兔的最佳浓度。方法:采用耳缘静脉分别注射0.5%,0.7%,1.0%戊巴比妥钠,以6ml/㎏的剂量对家兔施行麻醉,记录实验中家兔的麻醉起效时间、维持时间和一般情况。结果:0.5%戊巴比妥钠麻醉起效时间5～6min;麻醉维持时间1h左右,达不到完成手术实验的时间。0.7%戊巴比妥钠麻醉起效时间2～3min;麻醉维持时间2h左右,全麻后肌肉松弛效果好,对呼吸没有抑制作用,麻醉致死率低。1%戊巴比妥钠麻醉起效时间1～2min;维持时间2.5h左右,家兔致死率高。结论:0.7%戊巴比妥钠溶液6ml/㎏的剂量在手术实验中对家兔可起到有效的麻醉作用,是一种比较理想的家兔麻醉使用浓度。

Objective： To discuss the appropriate concentration of pentobarbital sodium for rabbits＇ general anesthesia by the intravenous injection. Methods： Rabbits were injected 0.5%, 0.7% and 1% pentobarbital sodium respectively through ear vein injection at the dose of 6 ml/kg, the onset time, maintenance time and general condition were recorded. Results： The onset time of 0.5% pentobarbital sodium was 5~6 minutes, maintenance time was about 1 hours, which was unable to complete the surgery experiment. The onset time of 0. 7% maintenance time was about 2 hours, the effect of muscle pentobarbital sodium was 2~3 minutes, relaxants were well in anesthesia, no in- hibitory effect was found on the respiratory, and the anesthesia mortali onset time of 1% pentobarbital sodium was 1~2 minutes, maintenance ty rate was low. While the time was about 2.5 hours, and the anesthesia mortality rate was high. Conclusion： 0. 7% Pentobarbital sodium （6 ml/kg） in surgical experiments on rabbits can play an effective role in anesthesia, it is an ideal anesthetic con- centration.
