肺结核患者肝功能指标性别差异的研究

Study on gender differences of liver function indicators for patients with tuberculosis

目的:探讨不同性别的初诊肺结核患者的肝功能指标的变化,为肺结核病防治提供参考依据。方法:分析桂林市某医院住院的57例初诊肺结核患者(男44例,女13例)的肝功能指标的性别差异。结果:与女性组比较,男性组肺结核患者血清中白蛋白(ALB)和胆碱酯酶(CHE)水平下降,间接胆红素、C反应蛋白水平升高,均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应加强男性肺结核患者的结核病防治及宣传工作,提倡健康生活、规律饮食、加强身体锻炼等提高抗病能力非常关键。

Objective： To investigate the changes of liver function indicators for diagnosing tuberculo- sis （TB） patients between different genders, to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and con- trol of TB. Methods： Differences of liver function indicators for 57 hospitalized patients confirmed as TB at the first visit in a certain hospital in Guilin from May of 2012 to June of 2012. （ including 44 male,13female） were analyzed. Results： Compared with the female group, the serum ALB and CHE levels in male patient decreased, while the serum IBIL and CRP increased, which were of sig- nificant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The TB prevention and publicity of male TB should be strengthened. It is critical to have a healthy lifestyles, live in an appropriate diet, and exercise to improve disease resistance.
