摘要
高层次人才流动意愿的产生是对其引进的前提。从劳动经济学的视角入手,通过人才流动的成本一收益分析和自我价值实现的可能性分析,来探究高层次人才流动意愿的产生根源,进而将此两种分析结合起来,考察高层次人才采取流动行为的决策过程。在此基础上,对武警院校引进高层次人才提出了针对性建议。
Flowing wish is the promise of introducing top talents into the universities of CAPF. Through analyzing cost-benefit and possibility of realizing self-worth, the source of top talents' flowing wish have been demonstrated. And then investigate the top talents' decision process of flowing conduct based on former analysis. Focusing on these factors, the article puts forward pertinence proposals about introducing top talents into universities of CAPF.
