摘要
《孙子兵法》是我国古代的兵学圣典，它不仅在战争方面给后人以启迪，而且在如何实现军队正规化建设方面也提出深刻的见解。孙子的治军思想，对于加快军队正规化建设、提高部队管理质量、增强官兵的凝聚力，以及进一步密切内部关系、提高部队战斗力，具有十分重要的现实意义。
The art of war by Sun Tzu 2500 years ago is a military canon in ancient times. Not only does it enlighten the later generations, but it also puts forward profound thesis on how to realize the army standardization. Sun Tzu＇s thought of directing troops has been playing an important role in accelerating the progress of the army standardization, improving the quality of military management, enhancing military cohesion, intimating the internal connection further and enhancing combat effectiveness.
