Postgraduate Education Improves Undergraduate Education in CAPF Universities

武警院校研究生教育正在蓬勃开展，作为高等教育的高级阶段，其对本科教育的发展富有积极影响。本文从学科专业建设、师资队伍培育、院校部队交流以及整合其他各种资源等四个方面展开论述，旨在梳理武警院校研究生教育对本科教育的积极推进作用，引发对“共赢”发展模式的深入思考。

Graduate education in military colleges is developing vigorously, which, as the senior stage of higher education, has a positive effect on the development of the undergraduate education. This article analyzes from four aspects the construction of professional disciplines, the cultivation of teaching staff, the communication of universities and troops and the integration of other various resources. It aims to sort out that the graduate education in the Armed Police College promotes the development of the undergraduate education actively, and leads to the positive thinking of the ＂win-win＂ development pattern.
