小儿咳喘冲剂止咳平喘祛痰作用研究

Antitussive, Expectorant and Antiasthmatic Actions of Xiaoer-Kechuan Granule

目的 :研究小儿咳喘冲剂的止咳、平喘、祛痰作用。方法 :采用豚鼠整体引喘法及豚鼠离体气管法观察小儿咳喘冲剂的平喘作用 ;用电刺激猫喉上神经引咳法及氨水刺激小鼠引咳法观察该药的镇咳作用 ;用小鼠酚红实验观察其祛痰作用。结果 :该药可以有效地降低动物由电及氨水刺激引咳的咳嗽次数 ,可以明显延长豚鼠致喘的潜伏期 ,使乙酰胆碱及组胺造成的豚鼠离体气管收缩幅度降低 5 2 .0 %和 18.5 % ;可以增加小鼠气管及支气管酚红的分泌量。结论 :小儿咳喘冲剂具有较好的止咳、平喘。

Objectives:To study antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic actions of XiaoerKechuan granule. Methods: Histamine was used to induce tracheaspasm in whole body and Guinea pig's isolated trachea test was used to observe the antiasthmatic action of XiaoerKechuan granule. Phenol red test was used to observe its expectorant action in mice. The cough of animal was induced by electrical stimulation to superior laryngeal nerve and ammonia water to trachea tract. Results:XiaoerKechuan granule could obviously prolong the incubation period of asthma produced by histamine and also could markedly reduce the contraction amplitude, induced by histamine and acetylcholine of isolated trachea of Guinea pig. The contraction amplitudes were reduced 52.0% and 18.5% respectively. It could markedly increase excretion of phenol red in the trachial cavity of mice and could obviously reduce cough times of felines and mice. Conclusions:XiaoerKechuan granule has good antitussive, expectorant and antiasthmatic actions.
