蛇床子素对小鼠的半数致死量测定

LD_(50) determination of osthole in mice

目的研究蛇床子素对小鼠的半数致死量(LD50)。方法给小鼠一次性灌胃不同浓度的蛇床子素混悬液,观察并记录蛇床子素对小鼠的毒性反应,利用SPSS13.0统计软件计算其对小鼠的LD50。结果蛇床子素对小鼠的LD50及其95%置信区间分别为3.45、(3.03～4.03)g/kg。结论蛇床子素对昆明小鼠具有一定的毒性,在进行药用开发时应考虑其安全性。

Objective To determine the median lethal dose（LDso） of osthole in mice. Methods Osthole was intragas-trically given to mice only once.The toxic reactions were recorded and the medium LD50 of osthole was calculated by SPSS13.0. Results LD50 of osthole and its 95% confidence interval to mice was 3.45 and （3.03-4.03）g/kg. Conclusion Osthole has some toxic effects on mice. In developing new drug from it, its security should be considered.
