针刺结合水针注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例疗效分析

Acupuncture combined with hydro-acupuncture in treating 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation

目的观察毫针针刺结合0.9%氯化钠注射液穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法随机抽取60例腰椎间盘突出症门诊患者进行毫针针刺结合0.9%氯化钠注射液穴位注射,所选穴位均为突出节段的腰夹脊穴和大肠俞、关元俞、气海俞;单侧患者取单侧,中央型突出者取双侧。结果针刺结合0.9%氯化钠注射液穴位注射治疗1个疗程后,临床治愈率为36.7%,总有效率为80.0%;治疗2个疗程后,临床治愈率为66.7%,总有效率95.0%。结论针刺结合0.9%氯化钠注射液穴位注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症在2个疗程后疗效更加显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of filiform needle acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of 0.9% sodium chloride injection in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 60 outpateins with lumbar disc herniation were randomly selected and treated by filiform needle acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of 0.9% sodium chloride in- jection. The selected points were Jiajixue,Dachangshu ,Guanyuanyu and Qihaiyu in the prominent segments of lumbar;the uni- lateral patients took the unilateral points and the patients with central protruding type took the bilateral points. Results After a course of treatment by acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of 0.9% sodium chloride injection ,the clinical cure was in 36.7%, the total effective rate was 80%. After two courses of treatment, the clinical cure was in 66.7%, the total effective rate was 95%. Conclusion The clinical observation shows that acupuncture combined with acupoint injection of 0.9% sodium chloride injection for 2 courses of treatment has more significant effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
