摘要
采用穿梭箱被动回避反应及组织化学、图像分析等法 ,研究鲜蜜蜂 10 d龄幼虫浆对 2 4月龄老年大鼠记忆保持力和大脑边缘系统海马内胆碱能神经纤维形态学影响。结果显示老龄大鼠每 d灌服鲜蜂幼虫浆 2 5 0 mg/kg,2 1d后 ,记忆力保持功能明显增强 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,胆碱能神经纤维积分光密度明显增加 (P<0 .0 5 )。
In this study, the effects of made bee larvae were investigated on learning memory and hippocampal cholinergic nerve system in aging rats by the passive avoidance response of shuttle box and histochemical and images analysis methods. The larvae solution was administered at the dose of 250 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg respectively for 21 days. There were significant improvement on memorykeeping activity and increase of surface density of cholinergic nerve fibers. Our data demonstrated that 10daybee larvae could enhance the memory capacity of aging rats.
