Calcyclin蛋白在良恶性前列腺病变中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:探讨Calcyclin在良性前列腺增生、前列腺上皮内瘤变和前列腺癌诊断中的意义。方法:收集90例前列腺不同病变的常规石蜡标本,HE光镜下观察,应用免疫组织化学方法,观察Calcyclin的表达并分析各组间关系。结果:良性前列腺增生28/30例为阳性或强阳性连续性表达,前列腺上皮内瘤变24/28例为弱阳性非连续性表达,前列腺癌30/32例为阴性表达。3组间差异均有统计学意义(χ2=27.36、23.33、36.23,P<0.05)。结论:Calcyclin是前列腺癌敏感而特异性的标记物,有助于前列腺癌的诊断。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic sigificance of Calcyclin in the benign prostanc hyperplasla (BPH), prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN)and prostatic cancer. Methods: 90 specimens with different prostate lesions were collected, and reclassified. Immunohistochemical staining for Calcyclin was performed. Re- sults: 28/30 BPH cases were eontinous positive expression of Calcyclin, 24/28 PIN cases were non- continous positive expression, 30/32 prostatic cancer cases were negative expression. There was significant difference a- mong three groups(x2 = 27.36,23.33,36.23, P 〈 0.05). Continous: Calcyclin was a sensitive and specific mark- er prostate cancer, detection of Calcyclin was contributed to improve pathological diagnosis accuracy of prostatic cancer.
