肌骨关节疾病的超声与MRI对比研究 被引量:8

The Diagnosis of Musculoskeletal and Joint Diseases with Ultrasound(US) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI):Comparison study

摘要 目的:探讨超声在肌骨关节疾病诊断中的价值。方法:对207例疑有肌肉、韧带及骨关节疾病的患者进行超声和MRI检查,比较2种影像学方法对病变的检出能力。结果:超声检出234个病变,其中肌腱及韧带撕裂36个,肌腱及腱鞘炎55个,膝关节滑膜炎52个、滑囊炎27个、腱鞘及滑膜囊肿50个、足底筋膜炎14个。MRI检出223个病变,其中肌腱及韧带撕裂36个,肌腱及腱鞘炎39个,膝关节滑膜炎52个、滑囊炎29个、腱鞘及滑膜囊肿57个、足底筋膜炎10个,两种检查方法比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声能清晰显示肌肉、肌腱、韧带、滑囊及周围软组织等组织病变,可以客观地评价肌肉、关节、韧带功能受损及其程度,是肌骨关节疾病的首选检查方法。 Objective: To investigate the value ofultrasound in the diagnosis of muscle and bone joint dis- ease. Methods: US and MRI were performed in 207 cases of suspected patients with muscle, ligament, and bone and joint disease, the ability of two techniques for lesion was compared. Results:On US detected 234 lesions (36 with tendon and ligament tear, 55 with tendon and tenosynovitis, 52 with knee joint slippery film arthritis, 27 with bursitis 50 with ganglion and synovial cyst, 14 with plantar fasciitis, ), On MRI detected 223 lesions (36 with tendon and ligament tear, 39 with tendon and tenosynovitis, 52 with knee joint slippery film arthritis, 29 with bursitis , 57 with ganglion and synovial cyst, 10 with plantar fasciitis, ) , two methods were of no signifi- cant difference statistically (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: ultrasound can clearly display the muscles, tendons, liga- ments, synovial and soft tissue lesions, can objectively evaluate the muscles, joints, ligaments and the degree of impaired function, provide diagnostic information than MRI more detailed, is the first examination method in diagnosis of muscle bone and joint disease.
