肥厚型睑松弛症的手术治疗分析

Analysis of Surgery Treatment on Blepharachalasis

目的：探讨眼睑松弛症的手术方法。方法：对15例（26眼）不同并发症肥厚型眼睑松弛症患者予以不同的手术治疗。结果：随诊6个月～2年。15例（25眼）眼睑皮肤松弛明显改善，1例1眼仍残留部分泪腺脱垂。结论：手术效果确切安全，但手术应避开反复水肿期。

Objective： To investigate the surgical technique on blepharachalasis. Methods： 26 eyes of 15 cas- es performed surgeries with different techniques based on the the types of belpharachalasis. Results：Followed up between 6 months and 2 years, the symptom in 25 eyes of 15 cases has been improved, but the lacrimal slang in 1 eye of 1 case was partly dislocated. Conclusion：The surgical effect for blepharachalasis was accurate and safe. The periods of edema should be avoided from surgery.
