两种盖髓剂直接盖髓的临床疗效比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的:比较深龋露髓病例中,Dycal盖髓剂和糊剂型氢氧化钙盖髓剂直接盖髓的临床疗效。方法:选择140例深龋露髓的患者,按就诊顺序单双号随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各70例。实验组采用Dycal双组份盖髓剂直接盖髓,对照组采用糊剂型氢氧化钙盖髓剂。两组治疗结束后6月复诊,评价疗效。结果:6月后复查,实验组成功率为74%,对照组成功率为41%,两者比较有显著性差异。结论:Dycal盖髓剂在深龋露髓直接盖髓术中的疗效优于氢氧化钙盖髓剂。
