胰十二指肠联合伤的手术处理

Surgical management of combined pancreatoduodenal injuries

目的 提高对胰十二指联合伤的救治能力。方法 回顾性总结我院从1979年3月至1999年6月手术处理的16例胰十二指肠联合损伤。结果 治愈15例。并发症6例:其中2例胰瘘,1例肠瘘,1例十二指肠空肠吻合口出血,1例胰腺假性囊肿,1例死于胆肠吻合口瘘。结论 根据胰十二指肠联合损伤的严重程度不同,采取不同手术方式才能取得良好结果。

Objective To improve the capability of surgical treatment of combined pancreatoduodenal injuries. Methods We sumaried 16 cases suffering from combined pancreatoduodenal injuries treated ty operation form march 1979 to June 1999. Results Fifteen cases had been cured while 6 case had undergone some complications, in which 2 cases with pancreatic fistula, and another 3 cases with duodenal fistula, bleeding of duo-denojejunostomy orifice and pancreatic pseudosyst respectively, The last one died of choledochojejunostomy fistula. Conclusion A good outcome expected when different suitalble surgical management adopted to fit different severe combined parereatoduodenal injuries.
