变电站二次电缆屏蔽线腐蚀断裂的分析

摘要 介绍了变电站二次电缆屏蔽层接地的重要性。就屏蔽层接地腐蚀的现象从变电站环境状况、二次电缆屏蔽线腐蚀状态、腐蚀点分布、屏蔽电流情况进行调查,分别对腐蚀产物样品的组成、物化特性、晶体结构及腐蚀断口形貌进行了图谱分析。根据屏蔽线腐蚀产生的原因,得出了铜包铝屏蔽线腐蚀机理的过程,列出了铜包铝屏蔽线简易鉴定方法,提出了解决对策及建议。 This paper recommends the importance of secondary cable shielding grounding scheme in substations. The appearance of the shield grounding corrosion has been investigated from the substation environment , secondary cable shielding wire corrosion condition, the corrosion point distribution and the shield current. While the map about corrosion product sample is analyzed respectively from the composition, physical and chemical characteristics, crystal structure and corrosion fracture morphology. According to the shielded wire corrosion reasons, the cause of the corrosion process is concluded which is about the copper clad aluminum shielded wire. This paper lists the simple identification methods of the copper clad aluminum shielded wire, and puts forward some solutions and suggestions about that.
