木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Mu Dan Particles to Treat Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的观察木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法 DPN患者164例,随机分为治疗组1,治疗组2,和对照组。三组均给予基础治疗。治疗组1服木丹颗粒:7.0日3次;治疗组2服木丹颗粒:7.0日3次和弥可保:0.5㎎日3次;对照组只服弥可保:0.5㎎日3次;治疗8周。结果治疗组1、治疗组2与对照组比较,P﹤0.05,有显著差异。治疗组2与组1比较,P<0.05.结论木丹颗粒治疗DPN临床安全有效,联合弥可保临床效果显著。

Objective To observe the the clinical curative effect of Mu Dan particles to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods 164 patients with DPN were randomly divided into treatment groupl, therapy group2, and the control group. Three groups were given basic treatment, patients of treatment group 1 take Mu Dan particles 7 gram 3 times a day; patients of Treatment group 2 take Mu Dan particles 7 gram 3 times and mecobalamin 0.5 mg 3 times a day; patients of control group only take mecobalamin 0.5 mg 3 times a day; All patients were treated for 8 weeks. Results compared the clinical curative effect of treatment group 1 and group 2 with which of the control group, P 〈 0.05, the differences is significant. Treatment group 2 compared with group 1, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion the treatment of Mu Dan particles for DNP is safe and effective, the clinical effect of which combining with mecobalamin is remarkable.
