湿润暴露法治疗中重度烧伤37例的护理

Nursing of the Moist Exposed Burn Therapy(MEBT) for 37 Patients with Moderate-severe Burn

目的总结湿润暴露疗法及湿润烧伤膏治疗中重度烧伤的护理体会。方法通过对37例大面积烧伤患者实施MEBT/MEBO治疗,并配合病情观察及护理。结果在37例中,中途转院1例,其余36例患者病情恢复良好,无并发症发生。结论正确有效地做好中重度烧伤患者的早期护理,使用MEBT/MEB创面护理,配合正确的护理方法,是大面积烧伤患者治疗成功的关键。

Objective To summary the nursing experience of MEBT and moist burn ointment （MEBO） in moderate-severe bum. Methods 37 patients with large area burn with MEBT/MEBO treatment, and complied with condition observation and nursing care. Results In 37 patients, 1 patient was transfered to other hospital, 36 patients recovered well with no complications. Conclusion The key to success of large area bum patients was correct early nursing care effectively, wounds nursing with MEBT/MEBO.
