丹参和黄芪注射液联用对病毒性心肌炎ECG的影响及临床疗效观察

The Effect and Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Astragalus Membranaceus Injection on viral Myocarditis

目的探讨丹参注射液和黄芪注射液联用治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法将36例急性病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各18例。两组均给予常规综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上应用丹参与黄芪注射液治疗,疗程均为14d。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果对心肌有明显的保护作用,可改善心电图ST缺血样改变图形。治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。两组患者均无不良反应发生。结论丹参联合黄芪注射液对急性病毒性心肌炎有较好的辅助治疗作用。

Objective to explore the clinical curative effect of salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined astragalus membranaceus injection to treat acute viral myocarditis. Method 36 cases of patients with acute viral myocarditis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n = 18）. Two groups were given conventional therapy, the treatment group were added the application of salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus membranaceus injection, a course of 14 days. Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results the application of salvia miltiorrhiza and astragalus membranaceus injection has obviously protection effect for myocardial, can improve lack of blood in ST change on electrocardiogram. The treatment group was better than control group, the difference is significant （P 〈 0.05）. no adverse reaction occurred in two groups of patients. Conclusion it is a good auxiliary therapeutic effect for salvia miltiorrhiza combined with astragalus membranaceus injection to treat acute viral myocarditis.
