大肠息肉与大肠癌密切相关,传统的直肠指检、粪潜血试验等检查漏诊率较高,有研究表明即使被誉为诊断大肠疾病金标准的结肠镜检查也存在漏诊,近几年来新的检查手段不断涌现,本文就各种检查方法对诊断大肠息肉的意义作一综述,以期为临床诊断大肠息肉提供理论依据。

There are studies showing that colonoscopy which is known as the gold standard in diagnosis of colon disease can also make misdiagnosis, in recent years, new inspection means constantly emerging, the paper will summarize all the significance of kinds of inspection methods to diagnos colon polyps, in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis of colon polyps.
