Through developing special characteristic high quality nursing service measures in female psychiatric ward, strengthening the clinical nursing work, people-oriented, taking patient as the center, improving the service attitude and service concept, providing continuous, full-course of high quality nursing service, so nursing work can really close to the patients/clinic/society, and achieve good nursing effects and social benefits.
