摘要
导向水平旋喷桩正越来越多地被应用于富水软弱地层的隧道施工,其实用性和优越性也越来越明显地显现出来。结合广深港客运专线ZH-4标深港隧道下穿地铁1号线暗挖段施工情况,介绍了导向水平旋喷桩在暗挖段隧道的施工步骤与方法,重点阐述了施工过程中对钻杆位移的控制以及对成桩直径的掌控,并对其他要点进行了总结,对今后同类施工有一定的参考意义。
As the oriented horizontal churning pile is increasingly applied to the tunnel construction in weak and water-rich stratum more often, its advantages and utilities have become ever more visible. Based on the construction of Guangzhou- Shenzhen-Hongkong passenger dedicated line ZH-4 of Shenzhen-Hongkong tunnel which undergoes Subway NO. 1 at the un- dermining section, the author introduces the tunnel construction procedures and methods for oriented horizontal churning pile at undermining section with focuses on the displacement control of drilling pole and diameter of the completed pile dur- ing construction, and summarizes the other key points. Hereafter it may provide reference for the similar construction.
