摘要
近年来,以"无缝、重载、安全"为特征的无缝线路迅速兴起并带动了焊缝热矫正施工技术蓬勃发展。无缝线路焊缝热矫正的最主要目的就是通过加热焊缝使焊缝内部奥化,然后在自然风条件下冷却使奥化体变成珠光体,从而达到提高焊缝各种物理性能的目的。结合汉宜铁路项目的大量正火实践和国内日益成熟的厂焊技术及金属热处理理论,总结出一套合理科学的正火施工方法,可为同类型的施工提供参考。
In recent years, rapid rise and development are seen in the thermal correction construction technology characterized by the features like "seamless, overloading, safety" of CWR (continuous welded rail track). The main objective of the CWR weld thermal correction weld is to austenitize the weld by heating, then cool it by natural wind, so as to achieve the purpose of improving various physical properties of the weld by making the austenite into pearlite. Based on the Hankou-Yichang rail- way project normalizing practice and increasingly mature plant welding technology of metal heat treatment theory, the paper sums up a reasonable method of normalizing construction. References may be provided for the same type of construction.
