摘要 道岔是高速铁路(客运专线)无砟轨道线路的重要组成部分。以京秦客专为依托,针对工厂化大批量预制道岔板,面临钢筋绑扎费工费时等实际问题,分析了钢筋长度、间距等变化的特点,就道岔板钢筋绑扎技术进行了必要的改进,开发出"高速铁路预制道岔板钢筋网可调式预绑扎模架"技术和"带有保护功能的绝缘涂层钢筋撬移器"技术,取得良好效果,谨供类似工程参考。 Turnout is an important part of the line of ballasted track high-speed rail (PDL). Based on Beijing-Qinhuangd- ao passenger dedicated line, in view of problems of the factory mass prefabricated turnouts board, and time and labor con- suming steel banding, among other practical issues, the paper analyzes the changes in the characteristics of the reinforced length, spacing, etc. , necessary improvements are made on the turnouts board steel banding technology and subsequently proposes the ' high-speed railway prefabricated turnouts board steel mesh pre-banding mode adjustable shelf technology' and ' insulation coating reinforced with a protective pry shifter', with good results, this paper provides references only for similar projects.
