摘要
加覆防水膜的超细无机纤维幕墙建筑外墙外保温技术具有防火性能好、耐老化时间长、对基层墙面平整度要求低、施工速度快等性能优势。结合北京交通大学学生活动服务中心幕墙建筑外保温工程实例,介绍了加覆防水膜的超细无机纤维幕墙建筑外墙外保温体系的构造、施工工艺、质量控制、适用范围和应用前景。随着国家对外墙保温材料防火性能的重视,本施工技术有可能在高层干挂石材幕墙建筑以及异形幕墙墙体防火保温中被广泛采用。
The technique of curtain wall exterior insulation with superfine inorganic fiber covering waterproof membrane constriction boasts the advantage of good fire resistance, aging resistance, low requirement on the wall roughness, fast con- struetion speed and other performance advantages. Taking such construction technology of heat preservation of external wall with superfine inorganic fiber covering the waterproof membrane in the student activities service center of Beijing Jiaotong U- niversity as an example, this paper introduces waterproof membrane equipped superfine inorganic fiber curtain wall of build- ing external wall insulation system construction, construction technology, quality control, application prospect and social benefit. Along with the nation' s major concern about heat preservation material of fireproof performance of exterior walt, such construction technique will be adopted in high-rise curtain-wall construction with dry-hang dimension stone as well as fireproofing & soaking skills for dimorphism curtain-wall.
