摘要
目的:建立林下山参的HPLC指纹图谱。比较林下山参和野山参指纹图谱。方法:采用反相HPLC法分析林下山参乙醇提取物,采用ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为水-乙腈,梯度洗脱,检测波长203 nm,柱温(30±0.15)℃,进样量5μL,分析时间为80 min。结果:确定林下山参指纹图谱中15个共有峰。利用国家药典委员会颁布的《中药指纹图谱相似度评价软件》,以夹角余弦为测度,测得10批林下山参药材指纹图谱相似度结果均在0.90~1.00之间。结论:本实验所建立的指纹图谱特征性及专属性强,适用于林下山参的质量控制。对比野山参与林下山参的指纹图谱,二者相似,同时野山参所含组分在数量及含量上略高于林下山参。
Objective : To establish the fingerprint of mountain cultivated ginseng by HPLC and compare the fingerprint with that of wild ginseng for the quality control. Methods :The analysis was carried out on a ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-CLs column (150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) with a mobile phase consisting of water-acetonitrile with gradient elution, and the flow rate was 1 mL/min. The column temperature was set at (30±0.15)℃ and UV detection wavelength was set at 203 nm. Results:There were 15 common peaks in the fingerprint of mountain cultivated ginseng. The similarities of 10 batches ginseng were between 0. 90 and 1.00. Conclusion : This method has good characteristics and specificity, and could be used for quality control of mountain cultivated ginseng. The type and content of components in wild ginseng were slightly higher than those in mountain cultivation ones.
