本文系统阐述了推进中越两国反洗钱合作的必要性,通过解读越南反洗钱法草案,并在对比研究中越两国反洗钱法律制度基础上,有步骤地提出拓展两国反洗钱各项领域合作的路径与方法,进而逐步深化与东盟各国反洗钱国际合作,为整个中国—东盟区域发展与稳定保驾护航。

The article elaborates the necessity of promoting anti-money laundering cooperation between China and Vietnam.Through the interpretation of the Vietnam anti-money laundering law, and comparision of anti-money laundering law between China and Vietnam, the author puts forward the methods of cooperation of anti-money laundering, for deepening international cooperation in ASEAN countries, even for the regional development and stability of China-ASEAN.
