膀胱粘膜移植预防前列腺切除术后并发症的临床观察

Transplantation of bladder mucosa on to the prostatic cavity wall to prevent hemorrhage and urethral stricture after prostatectomy

目的 探讨前列腺切除术后出血及后尿道狭窄的预防方法。方法 自 1995年以来 ,对 98例前列腺切除术后行前列腺窝膀胱粘膜移植病人进行观察。结果 术后均无并发出血 ,6～ 7d均恢复排尿及下床活动 ,80例随访 3～ 2 4个月均排尿通畅 ,无后尿道狭窄。结论 前列腺窝膀胱粘膜移植可有效预防前列腺切除术后出血及后尿道狭窄等并发症。

Objective To study methods of preventing grom hemorrhage and urethral stricture after prostatectomy.Methods Since 1995 transplantation of pieces of dissociated bladder mucosa on to the prostatic cavity wall was carried out in 98 cases after prostatectomy to prevent hemorrhage and urethrostenosis.Results No complications such as bleeding were observed and the results were satisfactory.The patients could get out of bed on the 6th or 7th post operative day.80 cases were gollowed up for 3～24 months and showed easy micturition.Conclusions Transplantation of bladder mucosa on to the prostatic cavity wall has evident efficacy preventing hemorrhage and urethral stricture after prostatectomy.
