肩胛骨骨折的手术治疗

Operative treatment for unstable scapular fractures.

目的 探讨不稳定性肩胛骨骨折开放内固定治疗的效果。方法 自 1991年至 1998年 ,对 12例不稳定性肩胛骨骨折行开放复位内固定治疗 ,11例获得随访 10～ 2 6个月 ,平均 16 .5个月。结果 除 1例外均获得较好的肩关节功能 ,活动范围基本达到正常。所有骨折平均在术后 9.5周骨性愈合。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of unstable fractures of scapular with open reduction internal fixation.Methods Form 1991 to 1998,12 cases of unstable fractures of scapular were managed with open reduction and internal fixation,11 of 12 were followed for an average of sixteen point five months(from ten to twenty six months).Results All but one patient had good or excellent results.All fractures healed at an average of nine point five weeks postoperatively.Conclusions Operative treatment for these unstable fractures is safe and effective.
