杭州市男大学生性态度性行为和安全套使用现况调查

Sexual attitudes,sexual behavior and condom using of male college students in Hangzhou,China

目的了解杭州市男大学生性态度、性行为和安全套使用情况。方法在杭州市某高教园区,采用自行设计的调查问卷,使用分层随机抽样法对在校男大学生进行自填式问卷调查。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件对结果进行描述分析,对率或构成比的比较采用χ2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果超过90%的男大学生对婚前性行为持接受态度,且在不同年级间(χ2=48.791,P<0.01)和不同专业间(χ2=36.021,P<0.01)差异有统计学意义。在受调查者中,有性经历者占21.9%,其中仅80.1%的人在发生性行为过程中使用过安全套,但每次或经常使用安全套者不足60%。调查发现低年级男大学生在性行为方面呈现高增长、高活跃和高暴露的"三高"特征。结论男大学生性健康状况不容乐观,应积极开展健康教育,促进大学生性健康。

Objective To understand the sexual attitudes, sexual behaviors and condom using of male college student in Hangzhou. Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among male college students selected by stratified random sampling method in one college campus in Hangzhou. SPSS17.0 was used for the descriptive analysis of the data and chi-square test was used for statistical analysis. Results More than 90 percent of male college students thought that premarital sex was acceptable, and. the differences were statistically significant among subjects of different grades （X2 =48. 791, P〈0. 001） and different majors （gz=36.021, P〈0. 01）. Among students surveyed, 21.9% had experienced sex, but only 80.1% used con- dom. Less than 60% claimed using or frequently using condom for each sex intercourse. The survey also showed that students of lower grades were very active in sex and were more unlikely to use condom. Conclu- sions The sexual health of male college students is a big issue and is not optimistic, therefore health educa tion is very important among those students.
