开展网络舆情危机应对的实践

Practice of Crisis Response of Network Public Opinion

开展网络舆情危机应对首先应建立完善的联动机制,有效的预警机制,灵活的反应机制;制定应急预案、摸索和优化处置流程。在实践中发现还需要解决应急预案及流程不够完善、专业人员缺少、监控系统不够得力等问题外,还应积极探索出一些对涉医网络舆情进行监控、危机应对的方法,为医院全面开展网络舆情危机应对工作提供参考。

Establishing perfect linkage mechanism, effective early warning mechanism, flexible reaction mechanism, contingency plans and optimize disposal process should be taken to carry out network public opinion crisis response. We found that some problems such as not perfect enough emergency plans and procedures, lack of professionals, monitoring and control system arc not strong enough, etc. still need to be solved in practice. We should also actively explore some methods of network public opinions crisis response, and provide the reference for network public opinion crisis response.
