未来电力电子(PE)技术的研发动向

摘要 由于渴望实现能源的高效率利用,能源管理技术已越来越引起人们的关注。尤其是为了达到高效率的发电、输电、配电和用电,电力管理成为关键的研发重点。因电力电子(PE)技术可提供高效电力控制的功能,故PE技术的发展非常重要。在基于硅(Si)器件的现代PE技术领域,宽带隙(wide-gap)能量的半导体极具发展前景。本文着眼于宽带隙半导体应用的观点,阐述了PE研发中的最新技术动向。 Power management technology has gradually attracted people's attention, so as to meet the high expectations for realizing the efficient utility of power. Hence, power management becomes key points in research activities to achieve the high efficiency in the generation, transmission, distribution and utility of power. On account of the fact that PE technology is capable of providing high- efficiency power control, it is of great importance to develop PE technology. I11 modern PE technology field based o13 Si components, semiconductor of wide-gap energy is of great prospect. The paper, elaborates latest technical trend of PE research, on the foundation of wide-gap semiconductor application.
