摘要
化成充放电是蓄电池生产过程中的关键工艺之一,本文对晶闸管变换器蓄电池化成电源系统及其数字化和嵌入式控制技术进行了研究,设计了一种具有总线接口和智能控制功能的晶闸管数字触发控制器。系统方案实时性强、功能完善,可以实现对蓄电池充放电的控制,结构简单,经济使用,能够被广泛的应用于蓄电池充放电系统中。
Chemical charge and discharge is one of the key processes of the battery production. This paper do the research of becoming thyristor converters battery into the power system and its digitized and embedded control technology, design a bus interface and intelligent control functions thyristor digital trigger controller. System solutions, real-time, fully functional battery charge and discharge control, simple structure, economic use can be widely used in the battery charge and discharge system.
