摘要
目的探讨强的松和维生素C对新兵3km跑步后血清电解质的影响。方法 60名新兵随机分为强的松组和维生素C组(各30例),体能训练2个月结束时,采集清晨空腹静脉血作为参照数据。在3km跑步考核前日晚19时,由随队医生分别给予强的松15 mg或维生素C0.3 g,跑步后1 h和24 h时采集静脉血3 ml,检测血清钾(K+)、钠(Na+)、氯(Cl-)、钙(Ca2+)、磷(P3-)、镁(Mg2+),肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)、肌酸激酶同功酶(creatine kinaseisoenzyme MB,CK-MB)。结果强的松组:与跑步前(训练2个月时)比较,跑步后1 h血清K+、Mg2+水平下降(P<0.01),血清Na+、P3-升高(P<0.01);血清CK和CK-MB明显增高(P<0.05),血清Mg2+与血清CK、CK-MB呈负相关(P<0.05)。维生素C组:与跑步前(训练2个月时)比较,跑步后1 h血清K+、P3-水平降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。血清CK、CK-MB无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论训练前口服强的松对新兵3 km跑步后血清电解质具有影响,适当补充维生素C有益于新兵体能训练。
Objective To investigate the influences of prednisone and vitamin C on serum electrolyte in recruits after 3-kilometer running.Methods A total of 60 recruits were randomly divided into prednisone group and vitamin C group(30 cases each).At the end of 2-month physical training,fasting venous blood was collected at the morning as the control.At 19∶00 the day before 3-kilometer running exam,the two groups were given 15 mg prednisone or 0.3 g vitamin C respectively.One hour and 24 hours after running,3 ml venous blood was sampled,and K+,Na+,Cl-,Ca2+,P3-,Mg2+,creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB(CK-MB) levels were tested.Results In the prednisone group,the serum K+ and Mg2+ levels in 1 hour after 3-kilometer running were significantly lower than those after 2-month training(P0.01),but the serum Na+ and P3-levels were significantly higher than that after 2-month training(P0.01).The serum CK and CK-MB levels in 1 hour after 3-kilometer running were significantly increased(P0.05),the serum Mg2+ was negatively correlated with serum CK and CK-MB levels(P0.05).In vitamin C group,the serum K+ and P3-levels in 1 hour after 3-kilometer running were significantly lower than those after 2-month training(P0.05 or 0.01),the serum CK and CK-MB levels were not different before and after running(P0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of prednisone before training can significantly affect the serum electrolyte levels of the recruits after 3-kilometer running.Appropriate vitamin C supplementation is beneficial for physical training.
