坦克学员坦克专业训练前后机体物质代谢和炎症介质的变化

摘要 目的探讨坦克学员坦克专业训练前后机体物质代谢和炎症介质的变化及机制,为科学施训提供依据。方法随机抽取某部坦克学员50人,训练前及训练3个月后检测血清电解质、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂和白细胞介素6(in-terleukin 6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF-α)水平。结果训练后血清钾(K+)、肌酐(creati-nine,Cr)明显降低(P<0.05);血清肌酸激酶同工酶(creatine kinase MB,CK-MB)、钙(Ca2+)、尿素氮(blood urea nitro-gen,BUN)、尿酸(uric acid,UA)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(lowdensity lipoprotein,LDL)、IL-6均明显升高(P<0.05或0.01)。结论坦克专业训练在一定程度上影响机体物质代谢,IL-6为主要炎症介质。 Objective To investigate the changes and mechanism of substance metabolism and inflammation medium during professional tank training,so as to provide evidence for scientific training in troops.Methods A total of 50 tank recruits were randomly selected.Their blood samples before training and after three months' training were collected.Biochemical indexes,liver and kidney function,serum glucose and lipid,interleukin 6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) were detected.Results The serum levels of K+ and creatinine(Cr) were significantly decreased after training(P0.05).The serum level of creatine kinase MB(CK-MB),Ca2+,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),uric acid(UA),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL) and IL-6 were significantly increased after training(P0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Professional tank training can affect the substance metabolism to a certain extent and IL-6 acts as the main inflammation medium.
