摘要
在不同储藏温度下,研究充氮气调储藏玉米品质指标的变化情况。结果表明:储藏环境温度和气体成分对玉米品质均有影响。充氮气调储藏有利于抑制玉米发芽率降低和脂肪酸值升高的变化趋势。低温及充氮气调储藏均可延缓玉米品质劣变,储藏温度对玉米品质变化的影响更为明显。
It studies the change of the maize quality index under controlled atmosphere storage with N2 at different temperatures.The result shows that: the quality of the maize samples during storage can be affected by both the storage temperature and the gas composition.The controlled atmosphere storage with N2 indeed contributes to curbing the decline in maize germination rate and the climbing trend of the fatty acid value.Both the low-temperature storage and the controlled atmosphere storage with N2 would effectively prevent the degradation of the maize sample quality,and the former storage method has more significant effect on the change of maize quality.
