红麻立枯丝核病病菌生物学特性及其室内药效测定 被引量:3

Biological characteristics of Rhizoctonia solani on kenaf and indoor pesticide efficiency determination

摘要 红麻立枯丝核病病菌生物学特性研究表明,病菌在5~30℃时均能生长,最适生长温度为25℃;病菌在12 h光暗交替和全黑暗两种环境下生长速度最快;病菌最适pH为7;病菌生长最佳碳源为可溶性淀粉;最佳氮源为牛肉浸膏、蛋白胨和硝酸钾。测定杀菌剂对其室内毒力,结果表明,43%戊唑醇SC和25%丙环唑EC对其菌丝的抑制效果最好,EC50分别为0.519 8 mg/L和1.029 5 mg/L;其次为3%井冈霉素SPX和50%多菌灵WP,EC50分别为2.861 3mg/L和3.395 5 mg/L。 Results of study on biological characteristics of Rhizoctonia solani on kenaf showed that temperature range for the pathogen growth was from 5 ℃ to 30 ℃ with an optimum of 25 ℃.It was in complete darkness and alternation of light and darkness every 12 hours that were found to be conducive to pathogen growth.Optimum of pH was 7,and best carbon source for the pathogen growth was soluble starch and best nitrogen source was beef extract,peptone and potassium nitrate.Toxicity evaluation of different fungicides to pathogen showed that tebuconazole 43% SC and propiconazole 25% EC had best controlling efficacy with EC50 of 0.519 8 mg/L and 1.029 5 mg/L respectively,and next were validamycin 3% SPX and carbendazim 50% WP with EC50 of 2.8613 mg/L and 3.395 5 mg/L respectively.
