摘要
自1994年澳大利亚提出"创意国家"的概念后,在英国的大力倡导下,创意产业在全球范围内蓬勃发展。然而现在对"创意产业"的概念界定,仍然没有达成共识。一方面是因为各国政府结合本国实际情况,使用不同的概念;另一方面不同的学者根据自己的研究,做了不同的阐发。这都造成概念的不确定。由于经济学家和美学家研究的侧重点不同,缺乏一个系统的综述,即基于政治、经济、社会、美学、艺术的梳理,这是造成概念不确定的重要原因。本文将结合这五点,综合考察创意产业概念的演变,探讨对发展中国经济的启示。
Since 1994,Australia proposed the concept of"Creative Nation",Creative Industries has a great development in the UK and global scope.However,on one hand,there is still no consensus on"Creative Industries",for governments use different concept in their respective situations;on the other hand,different scholars according to their own research,make different analyses.Because of different emphases from different angles,a systematic review of the concept,which is based on the review of political,economic,social,aesthetic and art,is wanted.This is important reason for the uncertainty of the concept. This paper will combine the five points,comprehensive study of the evolution of the creative industry,and discuss the enlightenment on the development of Chinese economy.
