摘要
探讨肺癌术后心律失常发生的原因及预防措施。方法 :总结182例肺癌患者术后发生心律失常 5 9例的护理体会。结果 :针对病因采取相应的护理措施 ,可降低术后心律失常的发生率。结论 :肺癌手术创伤大 ,对心脏刺激较强 ,术后易发生心律失常 ,需采取措施并加强护理。
Objective:To study the cause and prevention of postoperative arrhythmia in pulmonary carcinoma?patients Me^thod:Arrhythmia?in?59?cases?of?pulmonarycarcinoma of 82 cases postoperatively accepted related nursing Result:Complications were reduced significantly with early discovery,right nursing Conclusion:The surgery of pulmonary carcinoma has strong irritation to heart,and often cause arriythmia,so nursing should be strengthened
