摘要
原发性胆道恶性肿瘤,发病隐匿,加之恶性程度高,浸润和转移快,一经临床诊断多为中晚期,所以临床上病人手术切除率低,预后差,目前有关胆道肿瘤相关分子生物学研究很多,但尚未取得实质性进展。尾型同源盒转录因子2(caudal-typehomeoboxgene transcription factor 2,CDX2)对生物的发育和细胞的分化具有重要作用,尤其在肠上皮细胞正常分化和增殖过程中起关键作用,研究表明CDX2与消化道肿瘤发生发展有一定相关性。本文就国内外所做相关研究作一综述,旨在进一步探讨CDX2与原发性胆道恶性肿瘤的相关性,为原发性胆道恶性肿瘤的诊治方案的选择和预后的评估提供参考。
Primary biliary tract malignancies are highly lethal cancer with poor prognosis.Due to insidious onset,it is difficult to diagnose owing to its anatomic location,growth patterns and lack of definite diagnostic criteria.The majority of patients with carcinoma develop symptoms only at an advanced stage of disease,and the clinical presentation depends upon tumor stages,tumor location and growth pattern.There are so much molecular biology research about biliary tumor,yet no substantive progress has been made.Caudal-type homeoboxgene transcription factor 2(CDX2) plays an important role in biological development and cell differentiation,especially in the normal intestinal epithelial cell differentiation and proliferation.Studies have shown that CDX2 has certain correlation with the gastrointestinal neoplasms.This review provides an update on related research at domestic and overseas,investigate the relationship between CDX2 expression and primary biliary tract malignancies and determine whether CDX2 could be a candidate biomarker for diagnosis and a target for therapy when determining clinical outcomes in primary biliary tract malignancies patients.
