芪胶升白胶囊对白细胞减少症的疗效观察

The effect of the Stilbene white blood cell increasing capsule treating of leucopenia

目的探讨芪胶升白胶囊对白细胞减少症的疗效。方法对我院2010年3月至2012年9月收治的125例白细胞减少症患者分为两组,其中治疗组63例应用常规升白细胞药物加用芪胶升白胶囊治疗;对照组62例仅常规药物治疗。观察两组的疗效。结果治疗组白细胞水平显著高于对照组(4.26±0.41,3.69±0.38,P<0.05)总有效率79.4%明显高于对照组61.3%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪胶升白胶囊是治疗白细胞减少症的安全、有效的药物,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the Stilbene white blood cell increasing capsule treating of leucopenia.Methods 125 patients of leucopenia were enrolled from March,2010 to September,2012.Among them,63 patients were treated with routine medicine,while the other 62 patients were treated with routine medicine plus the Stilbene white blood cell increasing capsule.Results The WBC level of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（4.26±0.41,3.69±0.38,P0.05）.The total efficiency of the treatment group（79.4%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（61.3%）with statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The Stilbene WBC increasing capsule is an effective and safe drug to treat leucopenia.
