摘要
目的探讨尿道口旁囊肿的病因及治疗方法。方法收集我院2002～2012年收治的26例尿道口旁囊肿患者的临床资料,并结合相关报道和文献对其病因、临床表现及治疗进行讨论分析。结果本组病例均为男性患者,病程半年至35年,均行尿道口旁囊肿切除术,术后随访6个月至1年,未见复发及尿道道狭窄病例。结论尿道口旁囊肿病因尚不十分清楚,但诊断较为容易,囊肿切除术是其首选的治疗方法。
Objective To discuss the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of male parameatalcyst（cyst of paraurethral gland）.Methods The clinical data of 26 patients of parameatalcyst were collected from 2002 to 2012 in our hospital the etiology,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of parameatalcyst were discussed and analyzed retrospectively with a review of the literatures and related reports.Results All cases were male and underwent cystectomy,followed up with 6 months to 1 years and no recurrence and stricture had been discovered.Conclusion The etiology of male parameatalcyst remains unknowed,but it is easy to diagnosis and cystectomy is the first therapeutic schedule.
