摘要
目的探讨多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合薄芝糖肽治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法 216例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为2组,试验组112例采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合薄芝糖肽治疗,对照组104例采用薄芝糖肽治疗。2组治疗后观察疗效。结果试验组有效率80.36%,对照组有效率63.46%。两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论多烯磷脂酰胆碱联合薄芝糖肽治疗寻常型银屑病的效果优于单用薄芝糖肽治疗。
Objective To study the efficacy of polyene phosphatidyl choline combined with bozhi glycopeptide in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods 216 patients were randomly divided into the control group（n=104） and treatment group（n=112）.The control group was treated with bozhi glycopeptide.Based on the treatment of control group,the treatment group was treated with addition of polyene phosphatidyl choline.The efficacy of treatment was analyzed.Results The clinical efficiency of treatment group was 80.36%,higher than that of control group 63.46%,the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Clinical curative effect of polyene phosphatidyl choline combined with bozhi glycopeptide is better than that of bozhi glycopeptide alone in the treatment of psoriasis.
