心脏支架植入术并发症及其处理措施

目的本文通过对我科2009年12月至2012年5月进行诊治的150例心脏支架植入术患者并发症及处理措施的研究,进一步提高并发症的处理水平。方法对150例患者进行了心脏支架植入术,共植入支架181个,支架植入手术成功率为98.9%(179/181)。结果心脏支架植入术有18例次并发症,发生率为9.9%,10例支架近端或远端血管出现严重痉挛,6例支架近端或远端正常血管有撕裂,2例支架边缘内膜存有撕裂。结论心脏支架植入术成功率高,但也伴随一些并发症,应该对症采取合适处理措施,避免的严重后果。

Objective To improve the treatment of complications,150 cases of patients with cardiac stent implantation with complications and treatment measures in our department were studyed from 2009.12-2012.5.Methods The cardiac stent implantation was performed in 150 patients,and 181 stents were implanted,the success rate of operation was 98.9%（179/181）.Results There were 18 cases with complications in operation,incidence rate was 9.9%,10 cases with serious vascular spasm by the proximal or distal stent,6 cases with vascular serious tear by the proximal or distal stent,2 cases with stent edge intimal tear.Conclusion Cardiac stent implantation have a high success rate,mean while accompanied with some complications.To avoid the serious consequences,we should take appropriate measures.
