氟哌噻吨美利曲辛与多赛平在难治性胃食管反流病中的疗效观察 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛(黛力新)治疗难治性胃食管反流病(GERD)的疗效。方法选择雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片治疗GERD效果欠佳的病例50例,将其随机分治疗、对照组,治疗组加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛,对照组加多赛平,进行随机对照研究,对比两组的疗效。结果使用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛的治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗难治性胃食管反流病有一定的疗效。
